Laying down on the sofa with a hot cup of cocoa and watching a comedy or feel good film is great, especially after a long day.

I like planting flowers and seeds. Keeping them alive and being outside boosts my energy and self worth. Plus it's good workout and gets you the vitamins from the sun. Can't think of which one it is but I know it helps with depression.
Thanks for this!

Getting lost in a good book with an ample supply of chocolate close at hand.

The farmer, down the road from my last house had horses
I would walk over to see them and they would all run to meet me
Happiness so enveloped me when I was with the horses

Baking cookies seemed to work the other day.

Take out aggression on cookie dough and sampling a portion of the end result.

This is a big one for me too. Being in (shower, bath, ocean, lake) or near water has a calming, mood lifting effect for me.

Check something off your to-do list and hopefully feel some accomplishment about it.
