Baby humans and animals almost always give me the warm fuzzies. My nephew is 5 months old and he makes me smile even though I am in a mixed episode right now. Holding him calms me a little. However I can only do it for a short period as I can get very irritable. Can't handle him crying though so I just pass him back to my sister.

Bought an electric piano recently, makes me shine!!
Learned to play first part of Beethoven's Fur Elise, so yeah damn happy.. I put some favorite classical music pieces in my car so I like driving even more. Happy!

I have a list of things that make me happy. My problem is taking that step to do them..Once I get past that its ok. But I have to start all over again each time. I just try to remind myself that it will be ok if I just let go and go for it.

Unfortunately we don't feel like it when we're struggling but...
Some light exercise! Followed by a nice hot bath or shower, putting some slippers on, having a cocoa or a cup of tea and watching a comedy tucked up in bed. Oh dear. I don't sound 21. I think that's my mum's routine too!
