I used to be the most motivated person in the world. Well maybe not in 'THE' world but in my world. I was constantly on the move getting things done holding down a full time job, keeping up the house and exercising for two hours every day. I could set and keep a grocery list of goals with no problem. Do you know what my goals are for today? Take a shower and do the two days worth of dishes in the sink.
My motivation went out the window when I got on meds. I know I need them and there is no way I would go off of them but I've got to find a way to get motivated again. I know I probably won't ever be as motivated as before but there's got to be a happy medium out there. How do you get and stay motivated?

I use an app on my phone and plan everyday out. I try to keep it doable and not set myself up to fail, but spread things out equally so I'm not overwhelmed. Some days I do well and exceed my list and some days I fall short but I try to just be glad with whatever I accomplish, even if it's just get up and take a shower.
