I am new to all this and hyper aware of what I am feeling, seeing thinking etc. I have recently noticed that I am like awfully sensitive to lights and sounds especially shiny things or flickering lights.

Is this a sign of a mood episode that you are currently in alincdytyourmeds?

I'm wondering what your pdoc has said?

I can relate to what you are saying. This usually ocurs when I am manic and I find external stimulation a bit overwhealming.

Sorry but I have no personal knowledge of this but I did find some articles at Psych Central detailing sound and light sensitivity.
