Gosh I wish everyday could feel like today. Not too up. Not too down. Just right. . . Upper-middle-ground. Does anyone stress about what tomorrow is going to be like once you reflect on a really good day? What do you do to shift focus so that you don't blow the evening worrying about the next day? It's easier said than done to stop ruminating.

Mine was pretty good also, what a nice change.

I worry also, but usually not about the next day. I pick certain future topics and can't get off them.

I try so hard to not think about tomorrow. Not even think about the next hour. Not that I live in the moment but I find thinking too hard about any future plans is generally negative so why go there. Enjoy today if you can. No one says tomorrow is definitely has to be a bad day. If it is, then everyone has them.

I sound like im lecturing rather than replying. Today is just a bad day. Tomorrow will hopefully be better

Mindfulness ! One of the best things I have ever learned when it comes to managing Bipolar ! I can thank a couple of very wise people I met on PC my first week for showing me how to actually apply Mindfulness to my daily life.

Sounds kinda silly but my Daughter has a funny Calendar on her fridge and she puts gold stars on her great days, Shes 23 lol , But it helps her realize that she typically has more good days than not.

I glad you had a good day hopefully they will reproduce like bunnies. hehehe

I'm glad you had a good day. I try to distract myself with positive things like watching a comedy or doing something creative like drawing or crocheting.

Thanks for these ideas! I especially like the stars. Sounds so much more rewarding than charting numbers. Maybe I can do both :-). Today is a good day too. Wonder what tomorrow will bring. Oh yeah, I'm not supposed to think about that. Let me see, what can I create. . .
