Is it normal for a bipolar to not feel anything? Like where they feel no emotions, enjoy nothing, and question whether they are really alive? How would therapy help when therapy is just conversation? How can words make someone feel something that has been missing for 20 years?

If you are on lithium, which is implied from your other post, this is a common side effect. I felt like a complete robot on lithium.
But if it has been your whole life then yes, it could be the depressive side of bipolar. I'm not really sure how to combat it.

That sounds like a depressed state so no, not "normal" but it *is* just part of the bipolar swings. Unless as wildfloerchild suggests it's a side effect.
