IM down again feeling sluggish my back and neck ache all I want to do is sleep but I have a baby to take care of today so I have to make myself get up its so hard to function I took a bath with essential oils it helped a little bit but I'm still tired and depressed the weather outside is gloomy and gross that doesn't help me and I need to take my son to the doctor bc he may have an ear infection how do yall get out of he funk normally I would have to drink an energy drink to try and get me out of it idk what else to do guys ?

Meditation can help bring you back to the task at hand. As for the gloom & tiredness, I have a light box that mimics the spectrum of the sun; sitting in front of it for 30 minutes ago gives me a burst of energy most of the time (but there are also times when my depression is too deep).

I'm sorry your son might have an ear infection. My kids are grown, but I remember how fussy & miserable they were when their ears were acting up (my daughter's ears were so bad she needed tubes). Anyways...I hope you can reach into your reserves & make it until you can go to bed tonight. Good luck.

I second the light therapy lamp idea. I have one, and it does help a little when I'm depressed (usually only use it when I get the winter blues jan/feb). Hope your son is okay and you start feeling better.

Oh, and if you're going to drink an energy beverage and want to try a new one - monster ultra sunrise. Seriously, drink one of those and your day will be fantastic!

I hope your son is in good health now. I know you are all tied up in your responsibilities. Being in light does elevate the mood a little. If you wish to be Miss Sunshine, you better step out. Meet people, socialize a little. Helps a lot. Secondly, for the back and neck pain. There are lot many medicines out there that can sort you out. I like Vednari liminent by Prakruti JiyoFresh for my back pain. It works like magic and I get sorted within seconds. Try it. Keep us posted dear
