I know I need to get back to a Dr. Not in a crisis situation but need help. I have been to the rodeo so many times,, stable for years, last 5 or so have not been good. PCP tried depression meds/none helped. been Bipolar since 16-17 or so, actually diagnosed at 23, thirty plus years of ups and downs, mostly downs. last experience in 2011 was not good w therapist and his group. one before that was not great either in 2001-3. don't want to get any worse of course, but just not feeling starting the process again!

Taking the first step can always be the hardest but once you get the appointment scheduled than you have something to look forward to.
