I am feeling better than yesterday. My situation remains unchanged but my perspective has changed slightly. In the past 24 hours received text messages from three people who, unaware that I am feeling down, managed to provide very encouraging word. Often times our self image can be a bit distorted. I have been concerned that my blue mood will bring others down. Not the case in most of my relationships.

The anxiety I have had for a while has left me now. It helps to read and share here on PC. And I read an article about how anxiety is very common in BP. So I chose to look at my anxiety as symptoms of my illness, and not necesarily something based on reality. It helped me get a little perspective on it. Today I have been pretty exhaused from feeling anxious over several days, had a long nap this afternoon, and I am feeling ok now.

Today was a bad day. Brain was near to explode thinking about my feelings and anxiety.
