Read a study online today that said that episodes that START with depression, as opposed to (hypo)mania, tend to last longer. It also said that 2/3 of episodes start with depression, regardless of what pattern they follow thereafter.

Wanted to see what the reaction, feedback, disagreement or agreement in here would be.
