A Sunday morning tradition: Lil moogs (my 9 year old boy) and I make or get breakfast for the family. This morning it was Panera soufflés and bagels!

Slept after 51 hours of being awake. Taking it easy and finding fairly healthy food choices.

Made breakfast with my husband, cooked up a huge batch of veggie broth to put in the freezer, finished one of my awesome nerdy Star Wars books & started on another one. Now if I can just get dressed-still in my robe...WTH it's like after 4pm here no real need to get dressed

I slept in until 1 p.m. (disrupted and broken of course by children with needs such as breakfast and lunch, heh heh).
Mopped the floor.
Cleaned the downstairs washroom.
Did some shopping.
Visited with my sister.
Did some more shopping.
Cooked supper.
Cooked a stew for the week.
Painted my daughter's toenails and fingernails.

I said outloud, "I'm tired" and my daughter said, "You sleep too much."

Today I managed to drag myself to the beach and go snorkeling for half an hour. It was helpful although I still felt incredibly agitated while in the water. Water usually calms me down, but not today.

It's actually a true story about a woman who backpacks for three months alone to find herself after her mother dies. Made me want to start backpacking again!

Glad you could get some well needed rest, even if it was intermittent. Your daughters response, PRICELESS.

I smiled at strangers. (forum plug - teehee) I charted. I cleaned a little. I went outside, and road my sled 5 times. (first time in a decade). I gave my pets individual time. I accepted responsibility for my actions in whether I choose to sit, or choose to live by some recently set goals. I chose to live this day so far in a way I am proud of and hope to continue. One minute at a time.

Today in particular, the only positive thing I can say that I did so far was come on the forums and chat with people. Which is fine with me because sometimes it really calms my mood and sets me at ease about the things I'm feeling/thinking.

Wrote in my journal, talked to Mom without any triggers coming up, read some poetry & listened to music.
