I absolutely rocked at my job, fighting through my discomfort with conflict to lay the hammer down on some terrible people without freaking out over how they will react.

I got up and showered and went to an emergency visit with my pdoc. He raised one of my meds and is hoping that will get rid of the depression that has been slipping back in.

I think I posted about this topic somewhere else on this forum but I'll post here too. Did Day 1 of Week 2 of my couch-to-5k training program, took both dogs with me so they got exercise too, and am volunteering now at an administrative office of AA. Oh, and I ate some breakfast.
Thanks for this!

I took my son to see a new pediatrician today. That was good.
I spoke clearly and with a level head. That was good.

I managed to not psych myself out and go meet my new doctor. She gave me a few more things that could possibly help with pmdd (which I found out today that I suffer from. Back of my mind I already knew I did.)
