Had my fifth B12 injection, then went home and ate breakfast for the first time in days, whilst watching Switched at Birth. Submitted my application for mitigating circumstances at my faculty office. Picked up my folic acid prescription at Boots and did my food shopping in town. Went to the cinema with my friend to see Ricki and the Flash in the evening. Today was an okay day.

this is a bit outdated but it really stood out to me, so i wanted to share it...

i messaged an acquaintance online that had messaged me about a week ago... i mentioned a few positive things about her life. later today, i received a response back, of her showing gratitude and for having been reminded of the good things, and how her week had been great beacuse of my words... i didnt actually think i would have made such an impact on their week just by those few words... it actually felt good to hear that...
