Oh, I like this thread (I'm new and poking around). It's smart to remember to give yourself credit and be grateful for at least one thing a day. Now let me think...getting up is always good. Getting dressed is even better. I just did well overall today. A nice, kind of quiet-headed day that I let myself enjoy.

I've been having a lazy day, I bought myself some treat, I even tried to take a nap, but the last one didn't work 'cos I had too much coffee. The day's almost over, so if I could finish it up by getting out of this good lazy zone and tidy things up before I hit the sack, it'll be a positive day, all day long.

I pulled off all of the labels on all of the med bottles I've been saving for months and I shredded all of the papers that came with the medicine bottles.

Yesterday I did the laundry
Today I did self care. Cut buffed and oiled my fingernails and toenails.
Oiled my arms and face.
Sanded and feep lotioned my feet. Put plastic bags on them ( became not to walk around this way. ) to get the lotion to soften them.
