Didn't make it in to work, but got up around 1 and showered and went to pharmacy, it's really pretty out today, glad I didn't miss out on it.

Worked, then, all planned, did nothing much!

Had been cycling since mania, mixed and post-mania depression, so I am absolutely loving it!
