Raked the leaves outside - they were so crunchy! Went grocery shopping. Made tortilla soup. Washed the dishes. Rode my bike. Very productive day

Got refills for my meds that I ran out of. Oops!

I also saw my t and doc today and honestly told them what was happening to me. At least I didn't sugarcoat it and say I'm fine.
