Washed some towels (gearing up for a shower and might even use soap) exercised, spent time with family. Struggling with pain but pushing through. Looking forward to my shower.

Got my big monthly order of groceries and had it delivered, so all stocked up for another month -- a good feeling. Made an effort with my eating and it was less chaotic and more orderly and moderate tho short of what i was aiming for. Took a hated shower.

I hv a cousin that is schizophrenic. He lives on the streets. I ran into him today. He uses drugs. I tried to talk to him abt rehab and how important it is for him to stay on his meds. I got him some hot food and bottle water. I did talk to him abt a few other things as well

I finished ironing some quilt blocks and laid out the quilt pieces on the floor. I took a walk.
I saw T and made good progress. I got a shower...ick. This was all yesterday.

So far I am just going out with a friend to breakfast. I plan on driving myself.

I'm having the exact same day! I'll add that I took the trash bins to the curb, I hate doing it, but it needed to be done.

Fantastic day for me...

Woke up, ate healthy breakfast, went to gym, worked out for 1 hr, came home, took a shower, went to hang out with friend and her brothers, ate mall chinese food (there goes my 1hr workout lol), came home, and now it's dinner time.

Don't feel like taking meds anymore, though. Feel like skipping them tonight. (Maybe that's not so positive. lol.)

Refined a paper draft that had been kicking around for forever. Didn't let anything get me down but didn't get too silly either. Could've been more productive though... guess I'll try tomorrow.

I made an important call today, cost me 20 bucks! But it was necessary. don't know if it was bipolar thing, this is not about how long I haven't been talking with anyone IRL, it's a mixture of everything I guess. Sleeplessness, and the coffee before the call, and I just had too much that I wanted to get off my chest and the call was just for an appointment, lol. I don't have a word processing app on this computer, and google doc isn't working, maybe I'll try zoho writer, I'll need to sign up, organize my thoughts again and prepare. The best case scenario, I'll be saying all the things that went through my mind in the court of law, human rights violation or related ideas should not be tolerated in workplace! I got them by the balls!

Umm, I checked my bank balance today, I'm ... 90% sure that the numbers were correct and it's a bit of a relief, and I know how to live frugal, I did overspent last night though and cost me 10 dollars. I didn't plan it so it was a spending spree for me. Got myself a nice lattice ring, cheap neroli aroma oil and nag champa sticks. My room smells friggin' awesome!

I'll be seeing taxman shortly, I could call, but it'll cost more than the train ticket if I talk, so I'll be out getting some fresh air. It's really warm out, not my doing but I'll be spreading the sunshine to anyone who wants it, I should be careful though, right?

The law should be respected, not to be blindly followed by. Besides, these taxmen, they had workers who hadn't paid their own taxes and they let them go! I'll be sure to point it out if they try to diss me.

I went to work and worked a full day even though I am on depressed side and have very little energy and would have rather stayed in better all day. I feel slowed down and like there's a fog over me. But I didn't stay in bed. I followed my normal routine. That is how I can fight back.
