Lack of sleep is the biggest one, besides stress. But I like this mood lol I'm less afraid. And I stand up for myself.

I'm also finding a link with how many hours of sleep and my moods. The less I have, the better I feel...like 5 hours maybe 6.

Not getting enough sleep, and stress are my 2 biggest triggers.

Funny you should mention "standing up for yourself" I do that when manic too. It's uncharacteristic of me, and I tend to feel very badly about it when I crash....but very proud while manic. This might not be the case with you, but it's food for thought. In my case, I stand up for myself too much, and get kinda azz-holey

I typically need about 10-12 hours of sleep. When Manic, I'm good on about 4.

Keep an eye on things. Hopefullly you are just feeling good. If you are Hypomanic, maybe you can keep things from going full on Manic.

Best wishes to you.

My biggest triggers are driving, messes, and unplanned circumstances... psychosis is often triggered by these for me... lack of good sleep as well... but that feels like more of a circumstance than a trigger...

Yeah that pretty much sounds like my hypomania

Feels great, doesn't it

Watch out it doesn't get worse than that cos it can become destructive if left to its own vice ....

lack of sleep, hearing/witnessing charismatic preachers or anything very spiritual, when I begin constantly listening to certain artists, such as Tori Amos and Ani Difranco, and engaging in the music like it is part of me (I do the same when depressed only with different artists and music), becoming exsessively sexual.

In the past, I have been triggered by stressful social events/ interactions. Also, alcohol.
