Ive been up for 2 freaken days just about. I cannot get back to sleep at all!! The noise is starting to bother me. Every hum and noise is getting louder around me. My head is throbbing! I feel like traashing the fan and the whole room besides!!! I just want to scream!!! My body feels like a war just went through it. My minds kind of racing too. Its too distracted to go to bed!! I just wish I could go to bed but I can't. I feel like taking an extra Ativan at the moment. I hate this!!!!

Im feeling better today thanks.. I seem to get into this bit every 2 days or so.. I think its part of my cycle.. they got some lab work on my Lithium since they think it may be too low today.. will hear it tomorrow when I see pdoc

My lithium level was fine thank God.. she took me off Ativan however thinking that might have been a problem for me.. Ive been feeling better which is good. Still some swinginess but not as bad as it was..
