Went very well...upped my meds and I feel much better. I haven't had any tantrums in a few days and I feel alot calmer. Also I got clarification I have Anxiety and Bipolar 2 Disorder and it's being classified as severe untill it is under control. Not great news but re-assuring that we know how to manage it. Was honest with how I was feeling and I will be seeing a psychologist the same place my psychiatrist is at so that should be a good thing.
