My Dr. is referring me to have some psychological testing done - she said its a written test and will take like 4 hours. Anyone done this and can tell me what to expect? I'm dx w/ bipolar I but she suspects that there may be other dx (after many failed med attempts).

Yes, I've actually gone through this kind of testing twice. Mostly it is just long and tedious. Nothing to worry about particularly. They might be able to break it into two sessions which isn't a bad idea because it is long. Just answer the questions as honestly and accurately as you can so that they can get the best possible evaluation on you.
Thanks for this!

Nope I haven't done a written test before. But I wish you good luck and hopefully finding the right meds
