I just feel crappy a whole lot lately. I am going to go to my sons school today cause he has a mother son luncheon and I love my boys so I will make myself go! I know I will be happy once I am there. My problem is lately dealing with past issues, my mind can't distinguish if it is "real" or imagined. I have a very vivid imagination. I can't trust my brain. I hate it cause it is really, really making me feel bad about me. ok, I will stop rambling on now.

Your not rambling...talking about it gets it down on "paper" and gets it out of your mind...

Keep PMing if you would like to talk about the crappy feelings.

I know exactly what you are feeling Hopes. I not only experience many of the things you have but when I have down time I continually analyze past actions and believe I have said/done something wrong or imagine that I have.

Glad to help... I've been a long-time lurker to this board and when I something I could relate to I decided to join.
