Gah today I got plenty of sleep but I'm exhausted, quiet, down and just want to be alone.

I hope this doesn't last

I feel you, Hallie. I'm the same way right now. It won't last, but I know it can seem like it will. Allow yourself to take it easy.

It can be frustrating, especially when you feel you want to be alone, but they're concerned for you. It can be surprising how easily our inner turmoil shows up on the outside, visible to others. Sometimes I feel like I'm being read like an open book

Yea. Just another bipolar down day.

I can't make myself be happy or smile. It's like a frown is super glued on me.

I've tried drinking coke for caffeine and NO effect

Take a walk I would suggest, last time I ever felt truly down was when I was teenager and especially during the fall winter period.

I think what helps is receiving random affection from people. so with that said maybe reach out to people in real life. Override the need to feel alone.
