Hi guys, do you currently study or were studying in the past?

I'm in my 3rd year of my BSW, this year is harder than the previous and the first. There are just so many things to do that I'm almost overwhelmed, but I hope I'll manage with that...

In the beginning I was depressed and could barely speak to anyone in uni, now it's better, I'm better. But, there are times when I feel so lit up, in terms of body-energy, I become restless, I need to move my body and have hard times remaining focused, I would think about different subjects not related to class, than I'll think about the class and some ideas and questions come and I participate in the class ~ and moment after I'm like disattached to the class in my thoughts.
It feels like my brain is preparing to explode literally, I'd step out of the class and try to walk it off, grab my head sometimes like "crazy", I want to cooldown, it's unpleasant because I cannot sit in the class and have to step out because my brain is so occupied and not only with the class-content.

Does that make any sense at all ?
I try to do meditative breathing but it doesn't seem to help.

Sounds like you're hypomanic at the very least, or have you been tested for ADHD? I completely understand because I've been there, and I combated it by taking very careful notes in class so I had a record of everything that was said during class. It helped keep my mind on things and gave me a record to study from later.

I usually go to the restrooms and splash cold water on my face. If anything, it's nice and cool. Plus the distraction from the mind is refreshing, also.

Take tons of notes during class...keep you busy. Take walks between classes.
