Do you have a counselor to help you cope with things?
family support?
a pet to love and care and provide comfort?
I have found my family and friends invaluable over the years.
I wish you wellness.
and I am sorry that you are having a rough time right now.

I am on my titrate up on the Lamictal also!!! This is my second time around with this. The first time I titrated up and as soon as I got up to 200 mg I had vertigo and cognitve difficulties. My pdoc and I decided to try it again but stay at 150 mg until further notice. It would be nice if this works!
