Sorry, I'm an idiot. I thought you were posting on another thread and the question of why you'd be reluctant was in context of that thread. Now that I see that I was mixed up it appears I asked possibly the most obvious question ever.

Sorry for that. My brain needs to turn on and stay on.

Don't worry about it.

I did call my DBT coach and talk to her because it was really bothering me. After I told her the story she said the crisis lady did the right thing. And if it happens again and my skills don't help me like yesterday she said I need to go to the er. She drilled it into me. And she's gonna tell my t about it.

Almost did. The ambulance wS there. I'm thankful I got to stay home.
