Title says it all.

Leaving for my therapist and a couple of stores. A little afraid of going into stores. Noise and crowds won't help and stores can be scary this day of the year.

Yes it does.

I'm wondering if I'm cycling or possibly mixed lately.

It might be better to avoid the stores while mixed.

Well, I missed my therapist because I thought my appointment was 2 hours later than it really was. So instead of less horrible stores I had to go to Walmart here. Which wasn't that bad except the parking lot. But I still have to figure out sweatshirts for IP. Oh well. I really wanted that therapy visit though. We're trying to get through some stuff before I go IP and have some time that my meds are being adjusted and I'm not well enough to handle it. Plus I hate cancelling at the last minute. But my brain doesn't work well with mixed.

I am wondering if lithium is contributing. I'm still on a very small dose but I'm very, very sensitive to it and I have seen it make cycling bigger before. But I just have a few more days of it so whatever. There is so much stress with my family situation it could be anything. Or I'm just mixed and that's the way it is right now. I just need to get past being grouchy, preferably within about 25 minutes before my brother arrives.

You've sounded like you are either mixed or rapid cycling really drastically which I think has a lot in common with feeling mixed. I hate both. I hope you're doing a little better.
