Costa Rica grows the best coffee. I have 2 cups per day. Real early in am.

I kicked the caffeine habit almost two years ago.
Yay me! I was drinking 10 to 15 cups a day plus a few Diet Pepsis

I had to quit caffeine because it upped my anxiety. I'm still anxious, but not as bad as I was on a pot of regular coffee. I won't give up coffee though so I drink decaf. There's still a small amount of caffeine but definitely not as much as regular coffee.
I do hope you're doing okay, though. |
