Afternoon,
I had a dream last night which obviously upset me. Something along of the lines that my girlfriend of 6 years left me and got with someone soon after. After waking up she could tell that I was unwell. In addition to that, I have a very rare two days off of work, and she had a day off too. Although she was asked to go into work to cover a sickness shift, so obviously that annoyed me too. I've got a long 12 hour shift tomorrow, and I will be working another 6 days after too. (Meaning no time to spend with my girlfriend) I was advised to go to the emergency room where my psychiatrist prn'ed me on the spot, then given 400mg of depakote with 200mg sertline. I have noticed a few nights ago I was extremely manic and began being offensive to my girlfriend (wasn't intentional but was really high in mood) Does anyone know why when taking 25mg of seroquel It sedates me and makes me drowsy versus 300mg daily that doesn't even make me tired, but does calm the episodes. |

I take 100 mg at nite. It makes me hungry.
I take with Temazepam. So I don't know if it's that, or combo that knocks me out. If a low dose at night works for you, great. Why? Hard to say. Maybe circadian rhythms.

Your body gets used to medication levels, so a standard daily dose of something will work differently from a prn dose of the same drug.
