This is my 2nd visit.
I didn't like her very much. She put me on Lithium. 900mg.
Also said no benzos. "Get off the lamotrigine".
I wanted more lamotrigine and benzo.
Also, 900 mg Lithium was too much for me. No more than 600 mg.
Needed something to sleep because the Trazodone is not working.

BTW, she told me the Traz, efflexor and something else, are the worst meds to get rid of. I experienced the Traz myself. Almost die.

In the waiting room, I decided to be positive and let the chips fall....
Long story short, I got my benzo, lamotrigine to 200 again and something
for sleep that is supposed to be AD too, to taper off the traz.

Happy ending, she has a permanent customer.

So that's why several doctors have ignored my request to get off of Effexor.
