What now

The urge to OD isn't as strong today. I haven't heard anyone calling my name like I did yesterday. Last night though I was seeing shadows in my room. I also felt disconnected like I was in a dream like I did during the psychosis.

I see t thursday and new pdoc march 29. For now doing grounding abd trying not to be too freaked out.

I'm still really worried here! And the fact that your appt is that far away isn't good. At my pdocs, it's a huge building with tons of diff pdocs and when I call in crisis they find a way to get me in with someone. Anyone. However the last time I played pdoc roulette I got a total *** who tried to discontinue a few of my meds, and then wanted me to follow up with an appt with him. Lol nope. Sticking to my usual doc whenever her next available is. But at least it was someone? Did you try to call today? I know a few of us told you to. What about a diff place? Anything to get you care. However if you're still seeing stuff I really think you should consider IP again. And don't be embarrassed! PM if you need!

But you wont know until you try. If they do tell you to go IP tell them that is what you are trying to AVOID as you just got out.

No I live in the country there's no meetings nearby

I would call, let them know you just got out and you saw this dr while you were in there. Maybe ask if they AT LEAST could call a script in for the AP back. I still can't believe they took you off it. Many of us stay on a AP for maintenance.

Ahhh! Well it might just be what you need. Can you go a whole month like this?? More importantly without hurting yourself?? Keep yourself safe and consider it. No one likes IP but I will admit that the times I went, yea I needed it and I'm not mad at the people that spoke up to put me there. In the long run, I'm still on this earth because of it. And many people would say the same I'm sure.
