Crying about everything under the sun. I'm not going back into another depression, I'm not! Just got out of one, just adjusted the med again. I've decided to let myself have this day and tomorrow I'm getting up going to work and facing the world, I have to do it for me. I have to fight!

We can all use a good long cry every so often. And sometimes you feel better after you do. I'm struggling right there with you, we can and will get through this.

Yes. Crying can help a lot.
I can not cry right now on my Meds. Plus I'm not sad. Just lackluster and tired.

Crying does help, so does taking a day off of work to take care of yourself. Nothing to feel guilty about!
