My parents just left yesterday for a vacation leaving me home alone for 7 days.. Now I'm hypo manic/manic. I don't know what to do. I'm 22 but still can't drive. It usually doesn't happen so quickly.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Hi! I suggest you call your doctor. An episode might be nipped in the bud. I'm not sure when or if the hypomania will turn into full-blown mania. If need be, then let your doc send you in for treatment. Okay?

If it gets out of your control you can go ip.
But for now, do you have someone who could come and stay with you? Please get plenty of sleep. Whatever coping mechanisms you've worked out in the past,put them in place. We're here. Post as often as you like. Sending much love.

Is there no one you call can to come stay with you for the week? Can you call your doctor and get a house visit?

Can a trusted friend or relative stay with you? Or call your parents?

Thanks everyone for the support. My parents are hundreds of miles away. I have no relatives or friends to stay with me. I might call my psychiatrist to see what to do.
