Has anyone had withdrawal symptoms going off Lamictal? What was your experience going off of it like?

I remember feeling sick the entire time and having moments where nothing felt real and even stranger moments where I would look at myself in the mirror and not recognize myself (I know that sounds weird). At the very end, when I got down to 50mg or so I got so dizzy I couldn't even walk. It was like I was drunk. I remember just laying on the floor with the room spinning. It was like at the end of a night of heavy drinking. Luckily this occured when I had three days off of work or I would have had to call in.

I feel it if I take my lamictal even five hours late. It's horrible.

I had a feeling of a "fuzzy brain". Not sure how to described it. It also made me feel panicky.

I was off it for for 4 days because p.a. thought it was rash, but wasn't The Rash. For the time I was off it I felt extremely low, and almost completely empty inside. It's scary to think how much I might actually need this drug./

I got off it successfully. I ended up going back on it though.

My recent taper off of Lamectal was fine, but at the same time I was increasing the dose of Seroquel. But, this summer, on a really busy day I forgot to take 2 doses, and I ended up feeling like a speeding train was inside my body. Just awful.

I remember feeling extremely depressed, agitated, angry, nauseous but I did stop cold turkey, I didn't taper down. When I tried to taper down the second time when I thought I had the rash, I was depressed.

Thanks everyone.

I keep getting really bad headaches, but I don't know if it's related.
