How do you calm yourself down when you're feeling angry? I find that being on facebook makes me angry a lot because I get easily annoyed with someone and pick a fight, or someone does or says something that just pisses me off. Well I got in an argument with someone last week and she deleted me from facebook (we were friends) and she is an admin of a group I am a part of. Just found out she deleted a comment I made on something on the group (not an argumentative comment at all) and now I am irritated and angry. I feel like telling her if she has a problem with me she can go **** herself, but that obviously wouldn't be a smart idea. I have realized when I feel like this I have to refrain from commenting anything at all but it's driving me crazy.
Facebook is so bad for me.

I can't offer you any advice, but I want to let you know you're not alone. I was feeling p*ssed off yesterday for no reason and was driving 90-95 mph, zig-zagging across the highway and cutting people off.
Sounds like your "friend" is the vindictive type since she deleted your comment. The only reason she deleted it is because she dislikes you, which is very immature. Personally, I wouldn't want to be friends with someone like that. No one needs a vindictive, immature "friend". It sounds like you're better off without her. Her true colors are showing |

See stuff like this is why I quit Facebook. Too much drama. I deactivated my account meaning I can open it again in the future if I want to, but I currently do not show up on any friends lists and anything I'm tagged in does not exist. So it's like I deleted it, but I can sign back on and I still have all my friends. It's too much of a distraction for me and only causes anger and anxiety. I couldn't take it anymore. It's overrated. Besides, I had that account since 06 before it blew up and everyone decided to join. So I'm over it.

Once I went thru I don't know how many steps to close my account "permanently".
And all I need is to type my email to get in again. I only had (have) 1 friend. Not even my kids wanted to be friends with me. Maybe my 2nd name had something to do with it. Alphonse Gabriel Capone Jr. ![]() People don't have a sense of humor. |

I don't know if what I am feeling is a mixed episode but I have been depressed, sometimes barely able to get out of bed or have motivation to do anything, crying, sad, feelings of guilt and empiness. Then I am agitated, angry and anxious. Punching walls, throwing things, yelling. I just put my daughter for a nap and put on some relaxing music but sitting here at my desk feeling restless and my foot jumping up and down, can't stop moving. Started crying uncontrollably because I am just so frustrated, agitated, mad. I don't know what to do. Thankfully I have a dr appt today, really don't want to break down crying in front of him though.

Anxiety is often present in depression. I read your other post about being put on an AD but many people with BP (if you are diagnosed with it) can't take ADs because it can make them manic or like you're describing. I just tried wellbutrin again and got dysphoric in a matter of days so that's the end of that. So just be very aware of your moods on this new AD because it could make you worst. I know that's probably what you don't want to hear but id be a bad BP friend if I wasn't honest. And yea that girl on fb can go kick rocks. I'd get off her damn group too. I have a friend on fb that will ignore my comments and it makes me so mad. I'll say something nice and get nothing in return. Its probably really petty but it does get to me. I have thought about just deleting her because what good is a fb friend who's going to ignore you?! Why is she even my friend to begin with? Yea I think I may need to do a spring cleaning of my fb account soon! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Here is one secret. More and more people are "deactivating" their Facebook account. I did about five days ago, and yet to miss. You can search Google to see why people decide to get out of Facebook. Some say the are sick of all the so called social thing. Some say they spent too much time there. For some, seeing all the so called happy people upsets them. After all they are not all day long happy - happy. You can deactivate temporary or get out and not able to get back in. For now my temporary is locked, and one one can see my photos, my friends, message me, and more. Warning I accidentally logged in, just to see what was not there anymore, and it said WELCOME BACK! I had to deactivate all over again. They will ask you reason why you want to deactivate when you do.
