New here, Bipolar 2 Rapid Cycling, SADD, PTSD and Narcolepsy. Don't want to repeat the attemp that landed me in the hospital last spring but am struggling with very negative thinking. Sorry if this triggers anyone...

Welcome! I'm not sure what to say to help you but I wanted you to know you're not alone. Many of us struggle with negative thoughts and ineffective behavior. Sometimes it helps to make a gratitude list wherein you list things that are positive in your life. It could be little things, like you got some sleep last night.

I am sorry to hear you are struggling. Do you have much support with family, friends and/or clinicians (psychiatrist, therapist etc)? We are also here to support you so post as much as you need to. You are not alone. What are you doing to try and combat the depression at the moment? It can be really tough but keep hanging in there.
