I've heard that headaches are quite common for BP people.

I have a nasty one right now. It's on the front right side of my head, right on my temple and on my eyebrow, of all places! It's one of those throbbing headaches.

I always seem to get headaches in weird places. What about you? Do you get a lot of headaches?

I don't get a lot of headaches anymore. I used to get them all the time from insomnia, tense muscles, and dehydration. Since I've figured out what's been causing them I've been able to prevent them though.

I woke up with a nasty one because I needed caffeine. Felt like back in my drinking days lol. Got two energy drinks and Motrin that killed it after a two hour nap too. I know I need to cut down on caffeine because of this but it's hard when APs turn you into a zombie!

I get a TON of headaches. I had a horrible migraine yesterday. My eyesight isn't the greatest, so I suspect that plays a large role, especially since I read for my job all day. Also dehydration or too much caffeine causes them. And stress.

Sorry, no headaches here. In years. Maybe I don't have blood anymore.

I get migraines like crazy. I always wondered what the physical symptoms of bipolar looked like and it's interesting to see others that have bipolar also get head aches.

My migraines are not meds induced because I got them before the meds.

Migraines (only). Not that often. Only when stable.

I think it's somatisation caused by my reaction to stability.

Does anyone have migraines when not stable?

I've had severe migraines since childhood. They do say there is a connection but as far as I know it's correlation not causitive

Interesting idea! Now I'm going to have to start noticing if my migraines happen only when I'm stable. I just got one today, and I'm pretty stable right now. Hmmm...

I've been stable for close to two years now. Haven't had any migraines in that time...but, I believe it's a combination of being on the right meds and hormone stability.
