Realise US "supremacy" is like mania. Depression will follow. Other countries have experience with it and learned to be more cautious and humble. Society is to blame for BP.

That the depressions don't just suck. They destroy. My depression are manageable but they get worse and worse and I'm afraid one day both my mania and depression will dig a deep hole for me... Maybe even a grave if I'm not careful with my meds and keeping my doc aware.

DO NOT brush hair while in the middle of a manic temper tantrum with scissors nearby. BUT by golly did I show that stubborn knot who was boss and taught my hair a lesson to boot
