I should have posted this yesterday, sorry. Yesterday while in the drive thru at Starbucks, I paid for the order of the car behind me.

Went to the hospital to see a patient rep, went to drivers license place and got a booklet for the test, went to SS, senior center and human resources all to find out how to get insurance here, got zero result but I went.

I've been working on typing up notes to use when I meet my T next week. I'm seeing things I never noticed, seeing things for how they have been.
I dropped my financial aid paperwork off at the mental health clinic today, I was in there for about 10 minutes and stayed calm. |

Scrubbed the shower .. a job that takes me months to find the energy to do. Counting the days until I get to see my therapist next week .. badly needed.

Went to the doctor to get a physical so my new pdoc will prescribe to me. Getting some bills paid. Thinking about how to move forward with my life.

Oh yeah, I took a bath! It's been a few days. I'm not sure how many actually.
Why is that so hard? I know it's not just me but it seems like a weird thing to avoid. A hot shower or bath is so nice.

Went and got bloodwork and an EKG done so when I go see my new pdoc he'll prescribe to me. Picked up my meds at the pharmacy, bought a few items I needed.
Plan is to write, and send some resumes out later.

scored 10 on my trivia challenge (i must be really good at greek myth), though i admit 2 were guesses
ate breakfast showered like i said i would yesterday laundry thanked someone on email for sending me something I wanted put on uplifting music |
