Yikes, I took my meds and relaxed. It was a nice, low key day. It sounds so unproductive in writing.

Despite feeling very low today I went for a 1.5 hour walk along the beach, at times with my feet in the sand and water. This lifted my mood a bit and will hopefully help me sleep tonight.

I stayed on my diet [lifestyle change] today, went to the grocery store to stock up on diet food for the next few days and took a shower.

Even though this has been a really, really bad month I managed to get in a shift at the local dog shelter! Haven't been out in weeks except for a few trips to the store. I don't know where I would be without those dogs and mine, I would be lost without them.

It's early so nothing yet, but a good shower, cleaning, appt with pain management doc and taking my stepdad out to lunch is my itinerary.
I'm working off of four hours restless sleep. I hope that I can accomplish all of this. |
