It was yesterday but it was very positive.
I thought it funny I hadn't gotten my bill for my car insurance...so I went on line and found out it was due on the 27th and paid it. So all done for another year.

Took a shower and had the Superintendent in for a look at a repair that's been outstanding for a while. Went to my drop-in and had some tame, benign fun chatting.

eaten breakfast- and drank a proper juice (notj ust fyzzy)
not harm myself laughed at some stuff listened to music organized my fridge a little bit better than it currently is changed my pc account over to my other email address (and solved the issue of all the messages going in my spam folder) |

Ate breakfast, which I hate, but need to do with the antibiotics I'm on.
Took morning meds plus antibiotics.. Reordered Rx at pharmacy. That's all for now. Feel dizzy so I'm going to get back in bed. I have more things I need to do today but need to wait for the dizziness to subside. |

Made it through my second day back at work after 5 weeks off on sick leave. Feeling much stronger.

Nothing so far really. But soon will be going on a long walk around a beautiful pond over here with Great Blue and White Herons and egrets and little duck chicks. I usually feel better and more motivated after (need to clean and do other things, take advantage of my days off), so looking forward to it!

In an hour or so I will have walked three or four miles, but I have done nothing really spectacular today other than launch my boat, which I wrote about in another thread...

I went and got my hair cut and colored. It's been a year since I was well enough to make it to the salon. I even put on makeup today and took a selfie. I don't look half bad for a change.

tried a new drink (and forgot the name straight after) rang the new butcher that's just opened and inquired about what they sell (could get future deliveries from them!) contacted an amazon seller about an order |

Got the news my daughter is coming to visit me and well yeah that is whats good for me today!
Oh yeah and I made a fantastic dinner and baked apples for dessert <~~~ Positive LOL

Saw my parents, sister, nieces and nephews twice this week for one of my nephews first B'day. Was wonderful to spend precious time with my family. I am so thankful for them.
