I made coffee and sat in the sun in case I'm vitamin D deficient like that thread said some of us are. I emptied the dishwasher and groomed my poodle. I'm about to go to a chiropractor appointment which is also positive.

I wrote stories in my head, which relieved sadness. Tomorrow I plan to actually write them down. I also made plans. I look forward to seeing my psychiatrist tomorrow and requesting that I be put back on Lamictal.

Called my doctors and have a plan to get straight again. Staying cool in a heated situation. Remaining grateful for my loving family and supportive PC family. I'm so thankful for you guys and for PC and to DocJon even though I've never talked with him.

I did my homework for English 1101 and macro Econ, read my books, cleaned my room, worked out ect.

took a shower.
took out laundry got rid of out of date food (mainly crisps) listened to music ate breakfast/ sorted out food for later didn't harm myself (yet) |

Did 15 mins intervals and 15 mins steady state cardio on the treadmill.
Got my eyebrows threaded. Resolved issues in my mind.

Brushed my teeth and scrubbed my face. Danced to Pumped up Kicks by Foster the People and Thinking out loud by that Ed Sheeran dude. Moved my bones and practicing mind control (my own mind...I'm not infiltrating the minds of others). Talked with my oldest son about some important stuff....cuddled and rocked with hubby and took care of some bills.

Got dressed properly and showered and did my makeup to be ready to go out tonight. Didn't eat extra food, stuck to my diet. Got some insurance stuff sorted out and got a therapist, left messages for others.

I went to the grocery store, first time in weeks. I actually had to take off my nightgown and leave my house which is very difficult with my anxiety!

Getting ready to clean off the cockroach droppings off of the pantry cupboards shelves. yeah gross, why do they like canned goods? I did not find them elsewhere in the kitchen. bizi

Attended BP support chat tonight and got good suggestions that I'm trying to remember. Got myself a mood tracking app. Took my AP and have avoided needing my PRN but feel myself gearing up a little and might take it in a bit. Staying calm in a situation which has my blood boiling a little. I worry people are being unjustly hurt and ganged up on (to the sound of cheering applause). I'm staying out of it because I'm not sure I'm thinking straight.
