I'm putting on my game face and going out into the world, devoid of tears and fears and all of the other things that wrap me in riddles.
I think that having the inner strength to do this is positive,
Right???

Yes. Enjoy yourself.

Went grocery shopping. Talked on the phone. Sort of filled pill boxes. Took a nap. Had my FWB over. Got a shower.

Took the AA meeting to the hospitaldetox. Talked to two of the patients about bipolar and alcoholism. They both wanted to get sober, were open minded, honest and willing. All it takes. i got out of myself. It felt good to help someone else and not think about my own problems.

I bought toilet bowl cleaner and Kleenex and shampoo. All needed things.

Talked to the study folks about what I ate yesterday. Took a stool sample. (Oh yeah best part of the study!).

I like my Pdoc appointments. Get meds straightened out. Talk a bit about how life is going. Any side effects? That kind of thing. Why are you tempted to not go? Don't you need med refills at least?

Sorry you missed it but glad they could fit you in so soon!

That's no small feat- getting everybody to eat the same thing!
