I went to lunch with friends- then to Costco where one of the friends bought me a big pack of toilet paper! Lol. We are set for the next six months . Right now I'm in bed listening to music.

Got discharged from the psych hospital today.

Dx: BP2 and MDD Current meds: 100mg Wellbutrin; 200mg Lamictal; 400mg Seroquel at night; Xanax 1mg/PRN; 100mg/PRN Trazodone at night for insomnia Diagnosed in May 2016 |

Caught up with a friend after six months. It was wonderful to see her after so long. She is one of those friends you can not see for six months but still be best friends with. It helped pass the time and was great to have a talk. We had had a kind of falling out so it was wonderful to be able to move past that and be friends again.

Took a bath, put makeup on, went and got groceries. Gonna make Cornish hens with stuffing and steamed veggies tomorrow. And a cheesecake. Should be good.

My IBS has been flairing and I'm constipated....can feel it in my chest. I drank a Magnesium Citrate....they don't taste bad but make me want to vomit for some reason. It's so hard to work up the courage to drink one. I know that sounds dramatic but it's true. Probably because I've needed to take them so often and my body doesn't like the whole deal. Better than going to the ER with constipation though.
I usually gulp them fast without breathing so I can't taste it then you have to follow with a large glass of water. I'm so constipated that I had to drink it in sips because I couldn't gulp which meant I tasted it the whole way and nearly vomited after each sip.....but I got it down!!!!! Hooray.....I should get some relief between 6-24 hours. I can't wait. Got my barf bag next to me just in case. |
