By the end of the day yesterday ((Christmas Eve) I had completely cleaned and organised my flat. Took a week. Feels so good to have it done. Merry Christmas everyone!

eaten half my breakfast (i'm actualyl not hungry because of all the memories, I can't eat)/ sorted food for later.
unwrapped all my own christmas presents (tried to look like I didn't know what they were, but like that worked) uplifting music (which isn't christmas, trying to avoid anymore of that) |

At my mom's now after church. So much church but now the choir gets Thursday and Sunday off. Yay! I'm hungry but the foods all at my aunt's.

I cleaned my main bedroom, dusted everything in it, got a bunch of stuff together for Goodwill, cleaned the main bathroom and did a bunch of knitting
I feel like I got a lot accomplished today, and that is a great feeling

I'm waiting for my friend to call so we can go out and exchange presents. I'm giving him my mom's home made shortbread and I think he's giving me a heated matress pad. It's something for my bed- he asked me what size bed I have.

Did some cleaning in my room, a load of laundry, and some shopping. The countdown back to work includes no napping during the day so I can sleep at night. I had to stay busy. Mission accomplished.

Changed my sheets and put on a new heated matress pad. Tonight will be good. Now if only my weighted blanket would get here

put uplifting music on spoke to my mental health manager for around an hour (I still need to fix my computer chair, it's so weird their being just 1 arm on it) and renew my norton |

Took my son to cash two Xmas checks. He's 15 so we used my account and they were nice enough to take both our signatures without an I'd from him.

Pampered myself, did some light exercise and meditation, ate an ice cream sundae, filled out a form to renew my license to get it over with, now sitting in bed with one of my scented candles. I'm feeling a bit better today than normal, although still somewhat anxious.
