So I've officially crashed, which obviously was going to happen.

I'm just so tired! And my boss at work is being so mean to me, which is what I deserve for being foolish and going off on her so often. I already have to do the work of three people and she keeps on giving me all this extra work to do, so I have to do the work of four people, which is impossible right now

I'm such a whiny baby. And after bawling hysterically at the back of the building yesterday, I've decided that I need some time off to straighten myself out. I'm a mess. I cant take a break though. I can't even think straight.

Anyway, I need some cheer.

And I would like to emphasize I'm not feeling oh boo hoo, sorry for myself either. I just feel sad and deflated. Actually, I don't even know why I posted this. I'm just looking for some cheering up.

And I did my best this morning. I listened to happy music and hung out with my cat and drank a monster ultra sunrise (it's called an ultra sunrise! How can that not cheer you up?). But those things didn't really work.

And I had to walk to work today and seriously considered walking out into traffic, but if I died I'd traumatize whoever hit me, and if I didn't die I could end up paralyzed or something, which would just make things worse. Sigh.

it's also the best cartoon ever... and that video is my favorite episode ever

But IDK. You can dance with your cat in your underwear or something. Spice things up. Do something you wouldn't normally do.

Eat lots of whatever your favorite food is -- or kick your hornet's nest and throw it off the side of your apartment building to see what happens.

After watching the cartoon, go to the zoo. Bribe a keeper and get a hold of 60 ml of monkey blood.
Capuchin works better. Injected is faster, but painful. Slowly pour it in a beef stew. If you see some suds, slow down.

I have all sorts of ideas for you, but I don't think that's what you need right now.

Walking is good so long as you're safe. Nature always helps me.

Films are good. Are there any you really like that you could watch again?

My go-to is "Harold and Maude" because I get to cry but the movie ends so hopefully I feel better.

And watch the monkey blood. B-12 or Vitamin D helps, too.

You don't deserve that kind of treatment, and where are these other people? Why aren't they doing their work? That would be stressful for anyone with or without mental health problems. I'd be complaining too!

Good on you for taking some time off. It sounds like you're in much need of it.

Thanks for the replies everyone and ideas.

I have come up with a plan. I'm going to get in touch with nature (by going to the park down the street and sitting under a tree). I'm getting an economy sized bottle of vitamin B complex. I'm going to go out for icecream. I'm sitting outside in the sun. I'm eating salads.

And I'm doing that monkey blood whatever idea it was that p had. lol

I do extra caffeine on my depressed days and that takes the edge off the depression. I hope you find your stability soon!!

Time for a good float stop fighting to swim upstream, float build up yourr strenght and then tackle life again. .. I say add a cupcake to the mix and some Binge TV .

*Hugs to you* I hope that after your work hours, you are able to do certain things to unwind that make the day slightly calmer, whether it's guided meditation (I like to go to youtube for that) or reading inspirational material helps. You are not a whiny baby. I think anyone would have a very difficult time in your situation. She sounds like a very hard woman to deal with, and you don't deserve that. However, it's so hard coming to terms that there's nothing you can do to change people, but only your reaction to them.

That being said, my heart goes out to you! It's hard dealing with a boss like that, and I'd be crying in the back of a building too. Giving yourself a break (during your off hours) is of utmost importance right now, especially when you are also dealing with Bipolar. Also, trying to stay "in the moment" when you are off from work can help you decompress. Also, maybe looking for a new job would give you the ability to live a life that is less stressful. Just some things to think about. No matter what though, please try not to fault yourself! You are in a difficult situation.
