I had a panick attack yesterday at lunch at went home, I'm home today. I'm having thoughts that I can't go to work, I can't go in the building, that everyone is looking at me and judging me, that they are going to fire me and then talk about what a terrible person I am, what a bad employee I am. This came out of nowhere, why am I feeling like this

Oh, panic attacks and anxiety are awful beasts. I truly empathize with you and I can tell you are under great distress. Did your Klonopin help you through it? I hope you can get some rest today. Thinking of you.

I feel for you. I reached that point as well 2 years ago; almost the exact same problem too. Of course I had other issues going on that went untreated too. My advice is to take a breather and talk to someone close to you.

Where did you have your panic attack? Were you around other people? Sometimes we catastrophize how bad the situation is. But panic attacks are no fun to go through and I feel your pain of having to deal with one at work. I know you've been struggling and I hope that you are able to stick it out. I'm pretty sure you are not a bad employee, it's just your medical condition that is causing you to respond in this manner. I really do wish you are able to feel better and find some relief soon. Please take care.
