Since I dropped Remeron, I'm not 100%. Not even 80%.
The weight gain was killing me. Even if it was just 15mg.
I'm tempted to take a little Addy. Like 5mgs a day. Today was a little better.
So I didn't take it. But as the day goes by, energy fades.

I'm not depressed by no means. But need a little help I'm not getting from vitamins.
Methinks Wellbutrin. What do you think?

I don't know how your Adderall tolerance is, but I have absolutely 0 tolerance for it. I wouldn't really recommend it if you want to improve your mood.
Thanks for this!

Wellbutrin worked well for me for awhile. Then, like everything, it quit.

Mood is fine. Is just lack of energy. Addy gives piri energy.
I can tolerate 5mg a day. 2.5 morning, 2.5 noon. But I need to be busy by 3PM
or the comedown will be terrible. Otherwise I would live on Addy 24/7.

Wellbutrin is good for energy, motivation and weight loss for some. Give it a shot, just make sure you have s stabalizer or AP on board. Good luck, I need some help with energy and motivation myself.

They tell me monkey blood is good too. I ran out of money to bribe the keeper,
so Wellbutrin would be. Thank you!!!.

Do you know that the higher the dose of Remeron the LESS the weight gain? On 45-60 mg I had none.

Yep. Heard that before. Mine was prescribed for sleep. And it is my understanding that at higher doses loses the antihistaminic(sp) properties.
I'll give Wellbutrin a try. I'm vaping too much. If it's good to stop smoking, must be good for me. Thanks Beyond.

Wellbutrin helps me with depression. I don't find it stimulating like some do. But it is a good drug for me.

Adds are good if you want a quick pick me up, as you know. I like your dosaging schedule to avoid comedown, nice! I'm going to try that. I take a benzo for come downs but I like your strategy. I'm 20mg IR 2x per day.

I dunno. Maybe it is just my perception, but your posts have sounded pretty manic-y lately. Are you sure it's not an urge to keep amplified?

Or a perception of less energy because it's not matching recent higher levels through the day? (Like how stable can seem so dull because it's not manic(?)) Hmm. It just occurred to me that you've been saying lately that you don't think you've got BP. So maybe it is not manic, as you wouldn't have that. Or maybe it is the feel good aspect of mania that makes us think, "it's all good now!"

Have you been getting exercise? That can help energy without potential risks of addy or AD.

Maybe I'm way off, but it might be something to consider.

(Edited to add stuff. You know how it goes... Hit "post" and immediately think of forgotten parts. Lol.)

I was thinking some sounded hypomanic, despite the thread title.

You are not off, you have some valid points, specially the fact that body energy is not matching mental energy. That can be manicy.
I feel like I'm gonna burst in flames, but something is holding me back.
I think is lithium. Which is famous for the Blah reaction.
In any event I thank you. It's good to have family, like this family, that sees things that we don't.
My appointment is for the 8th and I will ask for wellbutrin. Just in case.
Exercise wise, I'm only pressing keys.
I have a vibration machine that chopped off fifteen pounds in a month once.
When I'm a little lighter I'll hop on the bike too. As you said, better than drugs. Thanks again.
