What time is bedtime? What time is medtime? How many meds do you take at medtime?

Do you have a "favorite" pill/tablet?

- Bedtime is 10pm
- Medtime is 10am and 8pm. I take Abilify in the a.m., and all the rest of my meds in the p.m.

My "favorite" tablet is Lamictal because I can't swallow that beast! I practically choke to death on it. It's got all these sharp edges and s***.

Med time is when I wake up and when I go to bed....sometime between 11pm and midnight is when I go to bed and sometime between 7am and 9am is when I get up except on work days when I must get up by 7:15am regardless of what time I go to sleep. Most nights I'm asleep within 20 minutes of taking the meds. Med time, bed time are the same but not sleep time. The sandman may or may not arrive with bedtime

I forgot...I take 4 meds plus melatonin

6-7 PM: I take Latuda with dinner.
9-10 PM: PM meds
4-5 AM: Synthroid on empty stomach
7AM: AM meds with breakfast.

I eat 2 meals a day, 12 hrs apart, btw 6-7 am and pm.

P.S. Latuda is metabolized better if taken along with 350 calories, according to literature. I take it with meals. Much more effective.
Thanks for this!

Morning meds when I get up between 7.30am-9am (Lithium, Lamotrigine, Bacolfen, Latuda, Modafinil). Then I take Latuda, Modafinil and Baclofen again at around 2pm. Finally bedtime meds at around 8pm (Lithium, Baclofen and Latuda). Bed time is anywhere between 9pm and midnight. Spreading my meds throughout the day is something my pdoc recommended. It seems to help.

Bedtime: On work nights, it was 1:30 AM (bad, since I have to get up around 8:15 or sometimes 7:15. I think I'm improving now though, since not it's in the 11:30-12:30 range. On weekends: usually, I go to sleep anywhere from 1:30 am-4:00 am. I aim for no latter than 2:30, but 3 AM is about average.

Med Time: As soon as I wake up, whether it be 7:15 or 8:15 AM or on weekends, around 10-11 AM for my morning pills. Then, I take my night pills about an hour before bed, although I think taking it earlier would be better since I still feel the sedation in the morning. As for prn benzos: sporadically. Sometimes afternoon when working and very anxious, sometimes morning, sometimes evening. I admit the Klonopin or Xanax feels best as far as pills I take, since I know I'll get more immediately relief. I don't want to get addicted though.

Night meds 7:30 pm. In the winter I was asleep about 10:30; daylight savings made that more like 11:30 and right now my mood is a little less stable so it's 11:30-1:30.

AM meds 6 AM. I'm not as good with those but at least it's not psych meds.

I try to get to bed by 9pm, but it usually ends up being 10-11pm. I take forever to fall asleep, despite taking Xanax at night. I take meds in the morning, afternoon and night.
