So glad it's my day off, weird dreams. Woke up so blurry I went back to bed for two hours...more weird dreams, something about solving a mystery at the edge of the sea in the 1920's, but some people were dressed like the 1980's. Just weird.

I had a dream last night that I was vacationing with my husband and an ex boyfriend from more than 20 years ago. The ex boyfriend got into my psych meds and overdosed. I was screaming and crying and thinking it was my fault because I should have locked them up. I was screaming "call 911". When I woke up and told my husband, he said I was screaming "call 911" while sleeping. It was very vivid and disturbing. I really felt it was my fault and I killed him.

I am still dealing with a mixed episode. I find myself saying/writing this as though I expect to awaken one day without it. That may be the way it happens, yet I probably need more time.
I don't enjoy this anyway. I find it more frustrating to be in this jam over a holiday weekend. Everyone around me is just fine with it, is being patient, thankfully. I am not as understanding or as patient. Oh well, I at least feel I am improving. That counts for a lot! I hope everyone has some fun this extended holiday weekend!

Med makes me sleep way too much, still haven't showered but frankly I've probably been on the computer too much as well. Gotta get my butt into the shower and myself out to go for a long walk with a friend; I know I'll feel good after that, if I can just get myself going.
Anyone know if there's a list of words you can't use here and have to use asterisks or euphemisms or whatever instead? Lots and lots I'd love to use... |

I'm waiting for Her Majesty to finish waisting time trying to connect Netflix without paying first.
Meantime, I ate a big container of creme cheese with grape jelly. Dinner will come, but when??.

Finally got my sailboat in the water today. Only six weeks late, but there's still plenty of sailing left this season. Ironically, it's too windy to go out today. Perhaps tomorrow.
